Nah - it is not a ripoff, that is like saying I have a website then someone coming along and having one too - then telling them they ripped u off. LOL
It just happens to be a community site, which makes it look like a community site, but this one has a lot more features, excellent coding and as always more powerful tools included.
My only question is does the Header collapse? It is grey so it looks like it is collapsible.

Remember that you asked for it.
Rockettheme innovates and accommodates; it does not ripoff anything. The same extension installed into any template will likely look somewhat the same. So when people clamor for Community Builder and RT installs it don't be shocked that it actually looks like community builder and don't accuse people of ripping things off.

@Birger - take 5 - look at the template, get a feel of it - and know that the source code is exelent even if needed to be modifyed = can you get that somewhere else on the Jweb right now?

but also, anyone is entitled to not be satisfyed - so keep it up if ya want and feel like it

Hello guys 'n gals,
this is my first post here - I am not writing much in any forum, mostly I am reading - but I have to say a little bit about this new template Populus.
Right at the moment I am looking for a community template everywhere, so I found the idea wonderful, that you picked it up, first at all.
Concrats for a month of hard work, well done.
Including Community Bilder and Fireboard are great ideas, even so I think that Simple Machines Forum is much more powerful and would be the better choice.
Anyway, I have some critics too.
First I am looking around I am missing a styleswitcher, for encreasing/decreasing fonts and the width, very important for older persons. Or haven't I seen the info about that? Ok, that wouldn't be hard for me to implement by myself.
For god sake I found the point to switch on the pathway.
Now to the point that is displeasing me mostly, the design concept, not the color scheme.
Of course you and I know that everyone has its own taste, so you should take it easy what I am saying , but in my opinion it looks too much like a patchwork with all these single standing modules and the big spaces between them, not like a unit.
Furtheron the width of the module positions 10 - 14 seems to me right now, without installing and testing, too small for a sensible use.
Like I said, just my opinion.
