    • Something has changed somewhere. I can't upload images or change any code or anything. What must I have done to cause this error?

      * JFTP::login: Unable to login
      * JFTP::write: Unable to use passive mode

      Message

      * Operation Failed!: failed to open file /home/iparentw/public_html/templates/rt_mediamogul_j15/index.php for writing.

    • hi Shannon,

      * Did it work before? If so, What latest changes you did before it didn't work anymore?
      * Is your ftp details correct? username and password

      How about disable the ftp layer in the global configuration?

    • I think it might be working now. I forgot that my host helper changed my password for FTP. I hadn't changed it to that in my global config. I did and then tried to edit code and it didn't give me any errors.

      Weird thing about the images still happening. I can't add an image. When I'm in media manager or wanting to insert an image in an article, I can't get the browse button to open and let me browse to add something. Why do you think that would be??

      THANKS!!!

      Maybe this docs.joomla.org/Flash_uploader_and_Flash_10 ?

    • So this is happening to everyone? If you turn off the image uploader, you just have to add images via FTP? Either extplorer or my FileZilla?

      Do you think they will fix this problem soon? What a PITA.

      Thanks for letting me know!

    • I don't get it.
      I turned off the flash uploader in global config.

      Then I went to try to add an image and it worked perfectly as if it was on. I guess I don't understand what the flash image uploader is.

      yes, or downgrade your flash to version 9
