    • I have uploaded the Rl files to a joomla1 folder at root.

      Using a webrowser started the joomla install and in step 4 I received this error message and explanation.

      Access denied for user 'Histadmin'@'%' to database 'Princeton Historical Society' SQL=CREATE DATABASE `Princeton Historical Society` CHARACTER SET `utf8`

      An error occurred while trying to create the database Princeton Historical Society.
      The user may not have enough privileges to create a database. The required database may need to be created separately before you can install Joomla!

      I have verified and reset my password and user name. Any suggestions?

    • Let your webhost setup that database for you.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
