How long the phpBB3-update-offer will be availible?
Posted 16 years 5 months ago
Will the phpBB3-update-offer (50$ off for Dev) be availible "forever" or is there a deadline set for this...
I just thinking cause I dont want to sign untill the tutorials are availible ...
Thanks and Merry Christmas from germany ...

P.S.: What I wanted to say, I signed half a year ago with no special knowledge about joomla and CSS. Quickly I noticed that I get more than "just" the templates. RT is great learning resource itself for Joomla and CSS. One third from the templates itself, one third from the agile and active forum and a last third from helping other people in forum.

How about making them available for free, for those members who signed up or renewed in the period 2008/07, in compensation for the dumping of Joomla! 1.0.x templates ?
Those members who signed up for a yearly membership around July 08, for example, now loose seven J!1.0 templates until July 09. Making phpbb3 themes available at no charge for these members would be a gesture to make up for the fact that the value of packages diminished by dropping 1.0. Why should people pay extra for a new feature, while losing at the same time when an old feature gets dropped ?

For some (NOT ME ) charging about 1000 Euros for simple website all prizes from RT seem to be low and a joke or steal for me (EVEN THE NEW ONES). Now throw your stones ...

As far as i can see i asked a legitimate question.
Has the value of the packages been raised or diminished ?
Whats your point ?.
Could you make your "throw" more explicit, please, and if possible w/o upper case ?
