SOLVED SlideShow Displays behind Menu and Header

My SlideShows (Mootools maybe) are coming up but the portion which should display over the menu and header are actually being displayed behind.
So a good part of the slide show is being blocked by the menu and header.

No, I have taken two screen shots to show how the slideshow/pop-up/lightbox is being displayed behind parts of the template.

I found the problem. From RD-Media.org
The problem is in your main CSS file, look for the mainlevel menu items.
And change the z-index to 0 instead of 999.
That will solve your problem.
Just had to change the z-index of two css classes in the template
