Is there anyway to control the location an image is displayed in an article? I am trying to get images that I insert to be horizontally aligned, or even moved at all in any direction but they will not move no matter what I attempt. I am using JCE editor, Joomla 1.5.8, Versatility 4, and a link of the page in question is

The button saying click here blah blah needs to be moved to center alignment, and i have tried using the image editor option to center align it and it does nothing. I have tried to even put text before it and center align that and nothing... Any help would be awesome as I am getting very frustrated over something this silly
