I like the contact form on Rockettheme's website.
How do you get it looking like that?
Is it an extension?
The default Joomla form is messy and I have had a look at the extensions.

Hi, if you have a module position on the top of mainbody, you can publish a module contains that text and publish that only on the contact link.
may I know your site link? and what template you are using?
