Hello i have been looking at the hivemind template that i have installed but basically the colours i want are neither dark or light so what would be the best method for me to change the look of my site but still use the same template?

now i think i can edit the source file and take the slices from there but that only seems to cover several slices, is the rest of the design all set with in the css files?

is it worth making changes to the source file? to design the layout i want?

ideally would design the website from scratch but dont know enough about css and adapting the site to work with joomla at the moment, so looking for a quick alternative until i get time to work to learn the correct coding.
