I'm using Mavik Thumbnails and encountering this problem through the site.
When a resized image is click and an Ajax box is loaded in image view it sits under the templates main menu and under the Star rating..
Example: www.rfdtvbeta.com/live/index.php?option=...-lifestyle&Itemid=67
If you click "The American Rancher" logo you'll see what I mean.
I figured I could the div id to some ungodly amount "999" to have it top focus, but I have NO clue where. I've looked through Mavik and don't know where.
Any ideas?
