phpBB club forum or install instructions?

I am a member of the Joomla! Club already for some time an joined the phpBB3 club just today. For the Joomla! Club I never had any problems installing the templates but for the phpBB3 I don't find any instructions in the club section nor do I see a forum for the club. I just see the Joomla! Club forums. Download of phpBB3 templates works fine though.
Are there any instructions on how to install RokBB3?
I think something went wrong with the authorisation to see phpBB3 forums...

- When I joined the PHPBB3 club, I had to logout of the forums and then login again. Then the PHPBB3 club forums appeared at the very bottom of the RT forums, below the list of legacy templates. Try that.
