I'm not trying to be argumentative, but consider this analogy, although it may not quite fit...
Let's say you have cable TV for two years and you have the basic package and all the movie channels.
You don't watch any movies for two years, so you decide to cancel the movie channels and just keep the basic package.
Now there's a movie you really want to watch.
Can you call the cable company and ask them to see the movie because you haven't watched any in the past two years?
The same holds true for any subscription service.
As I mentioned before, template specific questions don't belong here.
It's outlined in the post I linked previously.
It's also in the term of service agreement that you agreed to when you joined.

The first thing this visitor does is check to see if a poster asking for help with regard to a member's resource in the public forums has a current membership. If they don't it pretty much depends on my mood as to whether I ignore them or shoot them down in flames.
