Help needed with IE and wrappers....

I have an online store on my site

and have two problems really....
the first problem is that I am using paypal snippets and if I create a custom module or article and paste in the HTML code it strips out the Paypal snippet code and my buttons dissapear. (if there is a solution for that then the rest of this post is irrelevant)
my work around was to create a stand along html page and put it in a wrapper but now my PNG files are not transparent in IE... they are fine in firefox and safari.
is this an Iframe issue in IE and is there a fix to get it to look the same in IE as it does in FF and Safari

(if there is a solution for that then the rest of this post is irrelevant)If you turn off your WYSIWYG editor in your Global Configuration the rotten little begger won't strip the HTML - I believe you can also hit the "HTML Source" button for the same effect ... not exactly certain on the second point though (I don't trust WYSIWYG and don't use them).
