Best RT Theme for SEO

Hi - I have just gone full time into my web business on design & SEO for small companys . I need a theme that is good fro SEO ( as in SEO for my site to get it uop there!) some of the RT themes seem to have a lot of code before the meat. I just wondered what you would suggest is my best option - I quite like the look of Equinox.

the latest theme, mynxx, has source ordered layout which i think is a first for RT and i suspect all will follow
but while that is important, other factors will help. three things i do now on all new sites or sites i upgrade are:
joomlatwork SEF patch (commercial)
xmap sitemap tool
sef advance from sakic (commercial)
the two commercial aspects are well worth the investment per site and i strongly recommend
