Is your support in a given part of the world as pertains to office hours? 9-5 or something in some particular time zone?
Versus folk like myself that work into the night - and often find issues at 3 am - my time!

If you check the 'Who is online' on the board index, you will see there's always (or almost always) two or three moderators on the board and any given time from wherever you are posting.
I'd say pretty close to 24-7.
