SOLVED Site loads slowly

I don't know if this is Joomla or Rocket related, but my site loads really slowly. I don't think it's my Internet connection because other sites load as they normally would. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the site load quicker and each page load quicker when using the nav menu?

- it appears to be your hosting provider, or perhaps your dns setup. There is a long pause until the site starts to load, then it loads very quickly for me after that.

- It took me 43 seconds to load your site and it should only take 0-3 seconds on my connection. I suggest you talk to your webhost.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

- I dropped a line to the hosting company but haven't heard back. The site is running better, so maybe they fixed it?? I think so because it has been slow for several days now, then suddenly, today, it was better. Thanks for your input.
