- I tried the ajax commercial ones and was def. not impressed.... I saw the content was loading directly without a reload, but besides that it seemed dull... Was it something special you had in mind or just the templates?

- ajax for menus is not a good idea in my opinion as it break navigation. For example, the back button does not work

I have not tried the template myself and had nothing special in my mind....
Just wanted to start a conversation about this new idea, that is AJAX in the template....!!
Is your content dynamic if you use some other template? I think template should not be
preventing the content to be refreshed. It might be caching and template probably has no control over it... - Last Edit: 18 years 4 months ago by Vishal Pahuja.

Sorry Vishal if I sounded like I had a go at you.
But as Lee mentioned Ajax is imo not good for the overall menu system as it kills the navigation.
Ajax is imo on the other hand great for user inputs eg. forum replies, guestbook inputs, sorting data and stuff like that. - Last Edit: 18 years 4 months ago by .
