This image is hidden for guests.

I can't default a template or publish a article.

That looks like the code of a Fireworks-created image file. That certainly is strange. Did you uncompress the Joomla file and add a graphic or icon set before you installed Joomla to the domain?

I actually fixed it surprisingly.
I re uploaded the admin components.
And finally it was fixed.

There may have been a file or a few that didn't make the upload correctly. Glad you repaired it, Chris. Don't forget to put SOLVED in the subject of your first message. Use 'modify'.
