Nofollow links being indexed on MSN/Bing

Hi,
I have had rel="nofollow" on the font changer on a couple of sites that I operate, and I have noticed that msn/bing still indexes these links, which is causing loads of duplicate content issues with msn/bing.
I have tried using rel="canonical" in the past but have found that the duplicate urls appear in yahoo.
Would stacking up rel="nofollow, noindex, canonical" work on urls ?
