Do you use Joomla Cache in Global Config

I am using the latest rocketlauncher refractions template and noticed by default Joomla Cache is not enabled. I would like to know if it is recommended to turn enable this. The same is also true with RokGZipper. Both are not enabled. I am looking to improve my site performance.

hi mark,
the rokgzipper is disbled in the rocketlauncher install, because this plugin is experimental and should be used at your own risk. also, you should not use the plugin during development stage and should only activate it on a finalised site.
