    • hello to all ...

      I installed the module and the component "COMMUNICATOR" for the management of newsletters.

      The problem and 'that when I go to register via the form stopped me the procedure:

      Fatal error: Can not redeclare showitem () (previously declared in / web / htdocs / www.neographic.it / home / romascolta / components / com_communicator / communicator.php: 270) in / web / htdocs / www.neographic.it / home / romascolta/templates/rt_solarsentinel_j15/html/mod_roknavmenu/default.php on line 12


      Can you help please? I have to put a component for the newsletters but I can not run anything: (

    • It could be trying to load mootools again or something. Have you checked with the support team for that component?

      If you are seeing the issue with a specific template here, please post in that templates forum. Looks like SolarSentinel for you.

      There is also a setting in the template manager for the more recent RT templates where you can turn on better javascript compatibility. You could try that.
