Breadcrumbs in Page Title

Hi,
I know Joomla has a module for breadcrumbs. I also know that you can have custom page titles for each page (I mean on the top-top of your browser the words you see there), so putting 1 & 1 together I am thinking you can merge them (like rockettheme.com does).
How can I get my page titles to be like this (preferably like rockettheme.com) where the breadcrumbs are in the page title in a neat way? - What we have to learn to do, we learn by doing. - Aristotle
