populus template files problems....

Okay. I installed the 'populus' template onto my site and when I selected 'template' there is no way to log in.. or anyone to sign up
Joomla_rt populas one.
also the only file that would upload in the extension is the main one.
the rest one would say "error, Could not find an XML setup file in the package."

- Can you send a link to the site? I'm not sure what you mean by selecting template and not having a way to log in.
