How to add a menu to a menu

I want to be able to display a menu in the frontpage after someone clicks on a menu item on a menu on either the right or left section. This menu when the menu items are clicked will open seperate windows to display PDF files.
HOW please ??

Off the top of my head... and if I understand what you want to do:
Upload the .pdf's to your server.
Create and publish a new static content item that contains the links to the .pdf's.
Link to the static content item in the menu on the right or left as you desire.
If you require more detailed assistance just ask.
