installing a template twice

hi i installed my template twice because i wanted to have different logo widths in different sections of my website.
the only solution came to my mind was installing the same template again and use one of the templates with a thinner logo in the section.
first i couldn't do it because you know it doesn't permit a second installation when rt_affinity_j15 exists under templates folder.
so i made rt_affinity_j15 => rt_affinity_j151
and i also changed
en-GB.tpl_rt_affinity_j15.ini => en-GB.tpl_rt_affinity_j151.ini
so i succeeded to install affinity second time..
but...
when i open affinity templates in my template managing page, it writes:
/templates/rt_affinity_j15/params.ini is unwritable.
q1: is it a problem?
q2: is there another way for having different logo widths in different sections??

usually params.ini unwritable is a common issue in joomla, you should be able to change permissions for that file through your ftp program to make it writable again.
in the newer templates you can disable the logo in the template parameters and instead use the area where the logo was as a normal module position. that would allow you to create 2 different costum html modules, each containing a different version of your logo, which you can then assign to be displayed on different pages in your site.
