Confirmation Email for Registered Users!

how can i manually register people, whom i have emails of, WITHOUT them receiving any confirmation email from the site? or if i can't do that, how can i change the message in the confirmation email?

- Under Global Configuration, change the registration settings. Also, you can enter the users yourself and choose "enable" under that users options, and they will be registered.
- When solved, please modify your original post and add (SOLVED) into the subject AND change your icon to the green check. This helps people know they can find a solution in your post if they have the same problem.

- thanks for the reply, but no matter how you set it, they'll either get a confirmation email or an email asking them to finalize the registration by following a link. and that's what i want to avoid.

- are you using community builder? My users don't get any emails and are automatically registered.
