Could you begin a new thread for your issue? It is difficult to compare issues and different setups etc. for more than one person in the same thread, even if they are similar.
Include a link to your site and screen shots to demonstrated your concerns so that a moderator and or team member may take a look.

No need of doing it Nanci, I was able to solve my problem. As I stated, It's indeed a integration problem due to the incorporation of TinyMCE 3.x in Joomla since 1.5.12 version. I have found
this thread
on joomla.org forums.
You can find a new tinymce.php.zip attached to one of the messages in that thread. Replacing the one on the Joomla installation would solve the alignment image problem when Code cleanup on save is set to always.
Moreover, it's expected in that J! 1.5.14 will include this patch among others product of the new TinyMCE version being use now.

Turning Cleanup Code on Save to Off appears to have done the trick. I guess I can turn this on and off when needed. i.e. If im not changing or editing an image position, i can keep cleanup on. If I need to insert an image, ill turn the cleanup option off.
That will do for now -
