entitlements reduced for renewal?

This is my 2nd year for using Rockettheme templates, I joined in year 2007. My yearly subscriptions is ending soon so I was thinking to renew it but I noticed that there seems to be a change in the number of entitlements?
I currently had 6 entitlements as I was a renewal customer on my 2nd year. Now it seems like if I renew my subscription for the following year (3rd year) my entitlements are reduced to only 3????
Did I get this correctly? - Regards from Laine
