that I cant help you with this.
Maybe the problem is how inline styling of the table is done:
looks like
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td class="sectiontableheader" width="5%">....</td>
<td class="sectiontableheader" width="45%">....</td>
<td class="sectiontableheader" width="25%">....</td>
<td class="sectiontableheader" width="5%">....</td>
</tr>
so when I add these values I get 5+45+25+5=80%
So thats why its not in full width I think.

No problem! The correction with the css code is good, it improves the reading of the table.
I think it is a problem in the management of template_css.css tables with Florence in IE.
I did a fresh install without migration, using the package Joomla_RT_Firenzie_j15.
The problem exists.
I attached the screenshot.
This communication may help you to improve the template.
