Hi,
I have 667 pictures.I had to RENAME ALL this pictures.
Now i need to create a .log file containing ALL the names of this pictures,in a way that i can copy and paste the text of all of them.
help is welcome

Very usefull.
But for now i found a provisory solution.
uploaded all the pics in the server,folder public_html.
Browsed trough the files,and with few copy and pastes i got all the 600 names already.the solution you gave is very good if it was like thousands of names and hundreds of categories.i will reading carefully the info you sent
