AHH Help Just lost my backend login Solved

Im not sure why but all of a sudden i lost my backend. I have it but my name and passwords dont work and i have 3 set up. Its a big site to. Last i did was install cb social network yesterday. i have logged in like 5 times since tho. Next thing i did was i had to unpublish joomla login to get cb to work. Anyway i desided not to use cb and unpublished the cb login and my baby started crying. when i got back my admin page timed out. when i went to login nothing works. I got 3 full months into this site please tell me there is something stupid easy to fix this

But, as I said in the other thread, what you need to do is revert to the last good configuration you had before the problem occurred.
(Your host may do backups, ask if they have one prior to your changes.)
A good practice is to make all changes and modifications incrementally with backups before and after each.
All that may seem like a PITA, but you can avoid a lot of heartbreak when something goes wrong. - Thanks,
