Depending on what modifications you've made...if you've kept the same dimensions for everything (and everything fits in the original slices) you can re-export the slices with the new graphics.
If you've made more extensive modifications then some coding will be needed... - Toolbox Digital | Dribbble | Forrst

what are your export settings? default for rkttheme is 24bit png. If you wanna go 8bit, you'll have to export almost everything in 8 bit.

- Some I took the images that where exported and it didn't look like the source picture. Some images weren't updated and some pictures like repeated some didn't match up and half of them weren't even there.

possibly a silly question: are you using fireworks?
