Two questions:
1) How do I make my SEF Urls not show numbers in them? Some of my articles show the category number and the article number in the URL. I don't want that obviously
2) How to remove the Rocket Theme Logo at the bottom of the template?

1. Depends on the SEF component.
2.. On some templates you can use the template configuration and just set "Show copyright: Yes/No". - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

I was using the SEF component that came w/ solarsentinel. Which one do you recommend I use instead?
How do I adjust the administrator session, I get logged out after like 5 minutes of inactivity

Here is how to setup SEF:

Global configuration > System > Session settings change it from 15 to 60 or so

I have SEF setup per the instructions. Most of my pages use just the words, but a few use the number dash words? what is the explanation for this?

You need to click on the actual article and on the right under parameters there will be a dropdown that you can select a different author.
