Changing from Chromatophore to Afterburner

So I'm going to give a try and change an older site from Chromataophore over to Afterburner.
I don't use the front end color chooser so that's not an issue. But I want to keep the general look of the site the same (Custom BG, Module Hilites etc)
Wish me luck and if anyone has any tips feel free. I'm going to try and edit the afbsource sprite and see what I need to change from there!
