after attack... Help please

Hi All, help please.
Have a site www.infinitesolution.co.uk that has been attacked by Turkish hackers 1923TURK-GRUP, with the use of my backed up files and db backup i have managed to get it back (of sorts).
however have the following appear about five or six time through the pages, I have tried deleting the modules folder and replacing but does not seem to alter it, any ideas or help gratefully appreciated.
Notice: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/sites/infinitesolution.co.uk/public_html/templates/rt_hivemind_j15/html/mod_mainmenu/default.php on line 18

These folks attacked me also. I am surprised they are not censored somehow for being openly malicious after looking at their website.
I believe I was hacked through an out of date Idoblog extension. I suggest to folks to check this list for vulnerable extensions

I hope these folks discover Rumi and leave Ataturk to the follies of nationalism.
