Depends...what type of movies? What components are to going to add? Is it a movie review site? A movie Promo site? Your question is pretty general as many of the templates can be adapted for a movie site.
Have a look at the module positions for each template then if they have the positions and color scheme you want start editing.
It's hard to say what one is best, as they are what you make of them. For example you could edit the graphics for this month's template from the space theme to a movie theater theme.
