I am starting to work with colleges and government institutions that demand adherence to accessibility rules for web design.
It looks like most of the accessibility issues are already addressed in the overall design of joomla and template developers like rocket theme. There are a couple of things I am starting to run into and I was wondering if there was a resource within RT for accessibility feature adjustment.
Specificially I need to enable "skip to main content" links before the menus get triggered on a template. I believe the Ja Purity template has some of this built in and I was wondering why it would not be a standard practice on all RT templates.
