I noticed the RT mods no longer responding to posts. I haven't received a response in weeks.
has there been a change in RT support policy? seems so but i didn't find any documentation.

I realize I'm rather infamous in this forum, but somebody has to push the envelope.
going back through my posts, the success/response rate is very low, and my post relevancy very high.
therefore, i find this post valid.

Hmm. Not sure where these animosities originate, but I guess i will venture to say that
things don't always go our way and everyone is not always going to agree with us. That's just
the way it is. I contribute as well as ask questions. I guess i could join take my money and
join another template club (a very loud thought).

ah don take it so hard and I never meant to goof (is that the right word? I took that out of my dictionary) you. No animosities from my side ... I hope you see this as I was responding to some of your posts over the time ... sometimes perhaps helpfull sometimes not.
But I can say that I have a totally different impression of the RTs support quality.
(And I know what Im talking about since I'm a member of another template-club)

I've found that the level of support from Rockettheme is outstanding and above anything else I've come across. A lot of the questions have been answered by them about a billion times over. It also can't be very interesting to reply to people who can't do a proper search.
Nevertheless, I find that just the templates alone, even without any forum support, are worth way more than what I pay for as a member. Most businesses leave it to their members to help other members on the forums, so I'd say we are very lucky.

Agreed. RT support is one of the best if not THE best.
If you're not getting a response to your post(s) then I would recommend doing some more research on your topic (maybe it's a common question that's already been answered) or try and clarify your question (if possible) a bit further. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it but just a thought. Those have been the two things that have helped me when I need help.

NEW global moderator Martin Stepanek worked out a solution for a quite demanding task.
Yes it took two days ... but some things are a lot more complicated then others ... and sure Martin had many other things on his list as well ...
Thats the kind of support I mean ...

In true forum frenzy fashion, things are getting a little off the path.
i never said RT support was not good, just that it had been lacking as of late.
if you will review my orig post, you will see no comments regarding quality, only responses.
