Inserting Joomla based websites into frames

Hi Guys,
A few of our customers place our website within their own sites located within a frame. However they are having the problem that our site initially starts to load within the specified frame but then jumps out and takes over their whole site rather than staying within the frame.
Does anyone have any ideas on how we/they can solve this problem?
Their websites are not Joomla based.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi
it doesnt matter now we've fixed the problem, the language translator module was causing the site to refresh on load & take over the entrie site rather than sit within the frame
