RocketTheme phpbb-club:
- buggy templates
- no/failure support
- no help if you want them
- waste of money
Buy two templates in January 2009. Now we have October and they didn´t run.
Forget RocketTheme.

Judging from some of your posts you didn't give mods or the developers a test url when asked and then come back days later asking why no help.

I would have to agree with the opening post to the point your support is limited.
I will not be renewing my phpbb after is runs out!!

I don't like to keep DUMPING posts with "any help" type of reply.
If you are going to try and give help please at least reply to the post, even if it is to say "i dont know"

- Well, maybe if you can provide link to the topics where you have asked for help that would be great. I think the community members are friendly in here. If moderators are/were busy the community members have come forward to help others.

And that is the support-problem what I mean. The blame of a problem is everytime on the site of the customer. I tested the templates (now use only one) in all versions , with the same result.
And that your templates can use only for english-users, this I hear the first time. Why didn´t you told the customers that before they buy this buggy phpbb3-template?
Pay for nothing, at least for the phpbb3-Styles. The Joomla-Ones are great.

- There is not a matter of blame, at least not on my part and I still remain of the opinion that the template is not buggy as you state. I am still willing to help you out, but only if you truly take the time to make the suggested changes.
