When I search my site I get this:

Could this be the case?
You were developing your site and still had the pdf/email/print icons showing.
Google in the meantime has "scavenged" your site WITH pdf link to article.
Later in Article Parameters, you have turned off globally the pdf/email/print icons.
Google is slow and still shows you the entree as PDF, but Joomla has it off, so it has some issues?
