Where can i customize this message that is flipped on in the templates' backend tool.
I just want to provide hard links to another site in the warning message.

Hey - THANKS!
I thought that ie6 was my problem - but it turns out that not having javascript enabled is causing my issue with rokquickcart -- of course if javascript is not enabled it won't work..
but is there a quick script way to sniff this out and throw an error message -- even if it makes the page really ugley and forward to another page that says -- "Hey - you don't have javascript!" - President of Blue-Eyed Panda Website Design Services

I would say, if you put this somewhere in your template that should do the trick:<noscript> <div class="message">Sorry, but Javascript is not enabled in your browser!</div> </noscript>
