Which FTP client to use for moving files or which host to host your site on?
I use Cute FTP Pro, there are may other FTP clients to choose from, some are free, some are paid apps, like Cute FTP Pro. (Google 'FTP' or 'FTP client')
Hosts?
Many of us use Host Gator, although Rochen is highly recommended, it's a bit more expensive... - Thanks,

I use FileZilla (love-it) along with my html editor's FTP capabilities.
I never use a web hosts built-in FTP method (usually Java).
