How would I change the pictures oh my site, (

) I have the moxy template, I just have no idea how to change those pictures.. Like the wolverine/inglorious bastards/district 9 images.
Also adding a video, would I load it to say like (vimeo.com) then post the link someplace in my back office?
I'm total newb, thanks for your help.

I use RokBox, one of the extensions from this website, to play videos on my websites (it also shows other graphics/photos/etc). It works fine for me. Check it out at
