As a moderator I have no control over what is released when.
What I can say is the Team will not release anything before it's ready.
You wouldn't want to start a site on a template that is a bit buggy or unstable only to have to upgrade it several times to get it working right (along with making your customers unhappy).
Just be patient, the RT Team always comes through with great stuff... and I am also sure they will not risk their reputation for being top notch to rush for an early release.
(What you may not realize is that from inception to release, it took close to two years to get the phpBB3 club up and running. It's not as simple and converting a J1.0 theme to a J1.5 theme, all these platforms require building the templates from the ground up.) - Thanks,

- When it does happen, will it be released for Drupal 5.x.x, 6.x.x and/or 7.x.x?

- AFAIK it will be for version 6 because 5.x is being phased out by the Drupal developers and 7.x is still beta.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
