New 1.5 templates not uploading

I have tried to download and install at least five different templates to see if I could get one to upload and they all are given me this error: "Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package." I went back to a site template that I have used before and tried to upload that one and it gave me the same error. Is it the version 1.5 that is given me the error or is it the templates themselves.

- Are you using Google Chrome to Download? If so that's the problem. Download them using FF.
