I am also struggling to download the latest 2 templates "Kinetic & Dominion", my Cluc subscription has not expired yet. I can download all templates except those two.
It cannot be a cookies issue etc as I have tried to download them from different PC's
Anyone have a suggestion.

Jurie, have you contacted the RT team using the form at
www.rockettheme.com/contact-us
? Or maybe start a new thread for your specific problem. It does not appear to be the same problem as Goksah is having.
Goksah, when you downloaded those templates when you were still a member, did you delete the zip/tgz files after you installed them?
Goksah,
I am not trying to sound mean here, so please do not take it this way. However, making hard copy backups is always a good idea for anything, especially for any payed memberships.
One of the things I do on a regular basis is download the new updated files about every 3 months or so and make a hard copy of them.
I know money is tight for most everyone, it is here also. I went a few months with out a full rt membership and I was in the middle of working on our company site. It is a new company, so all of our money is going out and nothing coming in at this time. Sadly, I had lost a few of my disks when we moved and I had to wait before I could renew my membership to get the updates and/or lost files.
Other then the suggestion of saving up to get a new membership and redownloading the files, I do not, nor do I think that anyone else really has any real advice for you.
Again, the payed membership allows us access to all files in that membership type and unlimited downloads. Once our memberships are up, so is our ability to download.
Look at it this way.. we are paying for the templates and the bandwidth for the downloads.
I would rather have it this way, then pay one sub for a year and only have those downloads limited to a specific number of times we can download.Or limit the number of different templates downloaded.
A lot of sites actually do that.. you buy something, you have a life time to use up 5 downloads. Once you use those 5 up (or any specific number) you are out, done kaput, finished.
Some sites may only allow you three styles to download if you have a three site license.
Frankly, I am quite happy with this and even though I have my sites about done, I know I will stay a member here. If anything, at least for the support and the friendly people and staff.
Just my 2ยข worth, Peace,

Question - my membership is about to expire.
If I download the templates I like, can I use my 3 entitlements
after the membership expires - from the downloaded templates ?

Yes, you are able to use any of the templates you downloaded on any three sites. You can change the themes as well at any time.
The only thing that is effected once your membership is up is obtaining updates or any new themes. So essentially, any downloads are restricted once your membership has expired, but not the ability to use them on any three (or how ever many entitlements you have) sites. Do note, Sub domains and test sites are not included in that. At least from what I have understood over the last several years.
Example:
test1.yoursite.com
yoursite.com/test1
subdomain.yoursite.com
An example is when my membership was up for a few months, I continued to work on our new company site. I think I tried out over 20 different templates and adjusted those styles. Once I had the funds and was able to renew, I downloaded the updated templates as well as the new ones.
Peace,
Sarrene'

And once your membership expires, you will not have access to the specific template forums here. Sometimes, your template-related questions might be answered in the public forums but not often.
