Reaction rocketlauncher issues

Hello
I am having major issues with Reaction Rocketlauncher installation. I did everything that I saw in the video tutorial. I went through the entire installation up to the point where I am told to remove the installation directory. I deleted the installation folder then nothing happens. I get a message saying that cannot connect to database. I also saw this message: Warning: file_put_contents(D:\Hosting\3006842\html\Joomla_RT_Reaction_j15.1\configuration.php) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\3006842\html\Joomla_RT_Reaction_j15.1\installation\installer\models\model.php on line 850
I need help please someone

Make sure your permissions and database info are correct.

- Hi - what would those permissions be exactly? For the folders and files? I'm having the same issues - and I can't figure out why. Please help!!

For DB permissions check here, if you created a new DB and didn't set the permissions properly, that could be the issue.
