changing text in the joomla help section in the admin

hmmm this may be a joomla kinda of thing
but does any one know hope to edit the text in the help zone of joomlas admin panel , coz we did some modification on the appernce and would love to include it
we tried changing the text in the help folder in the administrator in the joomla root but nothing happend
