    • What happened to the Board for Moxy? I can't find it in the Forum. My subscription expired yesterday but does that mean I can't get support on a Template that I already purchased? That would be really a bad policy on RocketTheme's part.

      What happens when my RocketTheme Club Membership expires?
      Once your RocketTheme Club Membership expires, you will no longer have access to the template and style download sections, the member support forums, or new template, style and extensions releases.

      The entitlements included in your membership are not time limited, so you can continue using the templates, themes, and styles on the sites you set up 'during' your membership, even after your membership has expired. However, you must renew your membership in order to receive additional entitlements and set up new sites using RocketTheme templates, themes, and styles.

      So you don't buy a single template, you buy the right to download as much templates as you want and use as much templates as you have entitlements.

      When your membership expires you loose the possibility to download things and the access to the member-only-forums ...

      No bad policy in my eyes ... just normal business!

    • I understand that you lose access to further downloads of the particular Template. The part of the Policy that is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and makes NO SENSE is not getting access to ongoing support. I can't think of any product that after you buy it support gets CUT OFF. I belong to over 100 Forums and none ever RESTRICT ACCESS after the fact. I have a Canon 35mm digital camera and 5 years later they sent me a new support CD.

      You need to seriously reconsider the policy that you don't have access to Template support in your Forum.
