Pull Existing Articles Into Fresh Installation?

Hello,
I have a site right now, but it's kind of a mess from using other templates and various components from those templates. I want to do a fresh RocketLauncher installation with Kinetic so I have a clean slate.
However, I want to keep my existing articles.
Im not sure what this is called, but I want to install RocketLauncher, then pull in just the articles (no extensions or anything else) from my old site. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

If you are using the Rocket Launcher, cut & paste...
If you have a lot of content, try this extension:

Thanks for the input. That extension did not work for me.
I just exported the jos_content, jos_categories, and jos_sections tables into the new installation and it worked.
